The Birth of the Federation 2 Consortium

Explorer View is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP. (It apparently works if you're on Vista though) Microsoft is said to be working on a fix but this won't be out until Christmas at the earliest.

 

If you haven't upgraded Internet Explorer yet, then don't bother. Internet Explorer 8 is riddled with bugs anyways. I for one certainly wish I hadn't upgraded.
