Updated building data
I uploaded what should be considered a draft to the building data.
 
After a bit of playtesting it SEEMS to work better than the original file but there are some quirks that need to be accounted for:
 
1. I created some new buildings [for all races].  These buildings can be upgraded by the major powers to a set of race specific buildings.  However during the first upgrade cycle you get offerred upgrade options belonging to other races.  [Bug in the alpha?]
 
2. Depending on Galaxy position and other factors you can go from Tech 0 to Tech 10 in 270 to 400 turns which offers too much variability IMHO.  [and too fast :(]
 
3. The AI factions that only build colony ships and scouts seem to be far more effective & dangerous than AI factions with full shiplists!!!!  [No maintenance costs + 1 dilithum to build + low resource costs all contribute I guess????]

Please look over the file yourself and feel free to give any feedback that you have.
 
I would recommend that the Basic Mine Names [german lang] for all races be updated to get around a minor bug that was introduced by some of the new buildings that I created.
